We are hiring an Office Manager who is a Medical Assistant/LVN. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has prior management experience of a medical practice or has a strong desire to grow into a management role with preference to those that have been previous or are current medical assistants, LVNs, RNs.

About the position:

• Number of patients seen in office: approximately 15-25, 2-3 days per week.
• Administrative work: 1) preparing charts for following week's clinic and surgical days, 2) data gathering (MRI, CT, US reports, and inform provider reports are complete prior to clinic day for review) 3) maintaining office supplies (ordering/keeping inventory), 4) maintaining up to date credentials for physician, 5) record keeping of medical licensing, ACLS/BLS, CME for physician etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a medical or healthcare setting, specifically in the outpatient/ambulatory care setting preferred.
• Preference will be given to anyone with previous experience in an Interventional/Pain Management clinic.
• Independent, self motivated, driven, capable of multi-tasking, high technical capabilities.
• Good command of the English language, including medical and scientific terminology.
• Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills (MS Office, Windows) required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, G-Suite and Outlook.

Knowledgeable and compliant with State and Federal regulatory requirements, including hospital policy and procedures (where applicable to the performance of the job), Joint Commission, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
